Shipping policy

1. We provide FREE Shipping on all orders.

2. Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for your convenience!

 

 

Processing & Shipping:

  • Order Processing:
     Once your order is placed, it is carefully hand-packed and processed within 3-4 business days on average.
  • Shipping Timeline:
     After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-10 business days depending on your location.
  • Order Tracking:
     Tracking information will be provided for all orders. You can track your shipment via Shiprocket. Once your order is packed or dispatched, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details on your registered email ID and phone number.

 

Missed Delivery? Don’t Worry!

  • If your package remains undelivered due to an incorrect delivery address, we’ll contact you to update your address.
  • Missed your delivery? We’ll make two reattempts to ensure it reaches you, as we prioritize your convenience.

Undelivered Packages (NSA):

  • For areas categorized as Non-Serviceable Areas (NSA), undelivered packages will be returned to us, and the recovered order will be dispatched again within 10-15 business days.

 


IMPORTANT: Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • We kindly request you to place COD orders only if you’re 100% certain you’ll receive and accept your parcel.
  • COD orders have a general processing time of 3-5 business days.

 

Non-Serviceable Areas (NSA):

For areas or pin codes classified as Non-Serviceable Areas (NSA), orders will be shipped via India Post using the company’s Regular Shipping mode.
