Eligibility for Return and Exchange

  • Condition for Return/Exchange:
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new, unworn and unused condition with tags intact and in its original packaging.

 

  • Proof of Purchase:
    You will need the payment receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

 

  • In case of product return please contact us on Instagram @o.n.e.percenter or mail us on onepercenterhelp@gmail.com, mention the reason why you want to return the order . Unboxing video(uncut/unedited) is required with the product, without video, refund request will not be accepted. 

 

Important: Any issues, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Note: Our team will guide you through the next steps once your return request is approved.

 


 

Exchange Process

  • Exchange Window:
     You can request an exchange within 48 hours after receiving your product.
  • Exchange Request:
    Please ensure that you raise an exchange request with us before sending the product back. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


 

Handmade Variations

Please note that since our products are hand-stitched, slight variations in stitching may occur, making each piece unique. This is a natural feature of handcrafted goods and does not qualify as a defect.

 


 

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection Upon Reception:
    Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must provide an uncut, unedited unboxing video to proceed with the claim.

 

  • This video must be recorded immediately upon opening the package to validate the damage or error.

 

  • Failure to provide this video will invalidate the return or refund request.

 

  • Late Reporting:
     Reporting issues after 48 hours will not be entertained.

 


 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via Instagram @o.n.e.percenter or mail us on onepercenterhelp@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • A return shipping label, and
  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval or without raising a return request will not be accepted.

 


 

Mode of Return


We provide free return by arranging the delivery partner for you. And must send the product back to the provided mailing address.

Cancellation Policy

  • Products Already Dispatched:
    Products that have already been dispatched from our end are not eligible for cancellation.

 

  • Cancellations Before Dispatch:
    Cancellations can only be entertained if the order is still in the processing stage and has not been dispatched yet.
